“Our experience at the hotel was phenomenal. Rome from this close up was truly beautiful. Flo, the incredible person behind the desk and over Whatsapp has some of the best hospitality skills possible. On top of that, they have great food and view recommendations (along with a physical map). The location was a 5/5 For other Americans thinking of stopping in, they also have great air conditioning!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our visit. A special thank you to Omar at the reception desk, who truly went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived! He was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Definitively the best receptionist me and my wife have encountered thus far. We had a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!”

With it's location comes some noise, but they provide ear plugs! That's proof they are paying attention to their guests best interests. Walking distance to everything and many great restaurants. “We are having a wonderful stay at Sophie Terrace Hotel in Rome and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the city. The rooms are stunning — beautifully designed, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable, and both the bed linen and towels are of excellent quality, which really adds to the feeling of luxury and relaxation. The reception staff are outstanding: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we need. All communication is done via WhatsApp, which is incredibly convenient and efficient. One of our favorite spots is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a coffee or a glass of prosecco while admiring the beautiful views — a truly special experience. The housekeeping team works very professionally. Everything is perfectly clean, and the room is kept in immaculate condition. We are currently staying in room 115, and honestly, we really don’t want to leave this hotel tomorrow. Highly recommended — this hotel made our stay in Rome unforgettable!”

“My partner and I had such a lovely stay at the Sophie Terrace hotel. Sebastian was brilliant all round, provided fantastic service and recommendations, and was such a friendly person in general. Gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived and a very kind goodbye and helpful service with a taxi to the airport when we left. It’s in a great location to get around and explore, with most things in walking distance. Our room was lovely, just what we needed, and we enjoyed the terrace across our stay too. Would recommend!”

“No it is not a five star hotel, but it a great hotel for the money. Simple, well thought out room. Amazingly quiet. Convenient to everything - sites, stores, restaurants and transportation. The staff was exceptional. All of them. One in particular, Sebastian, was new, but took extremely good care of us. (HI Sebastian). Next trip to Rome, we will be staying here again.”

“What an amazing hotel. My daughter booked it for a mum and daughter trip. From the moment we checked in we were looked after 1st class by all staff. Nothing too much trouble. Having a WhatsApp connection with the hotel was a fantastic idea, letting you know all the best places to eat and visit, it can also be used if you just need extra tea or coffee. The rooms were wonderful and so clean. All the little touches like toiletries and drinks made it feel 5 star. Centrally located just minutes from the train station. Would definitely suggest people give this hotel a try. We loved it, it made our trip complete.”
